Eight services cover the whole route from enquiry to container: bulk supply from the Fujian origin book and the refined volume book, private label packing with compliant labels, blending to an approved sample, disclosed sourcing of gunpowder and Chunmee, residue testing against the destination, export and logistics, samples, and market intelligence we publish rather than sell. Minimum quantities and lead times are stated per quotation, not guessed on a web page.
The eight services
Before a first order, two pieces answer the questions buyers ask earliest: how a tea export order runs from enquiry to payment, and which payment terms the trade uses. Packing is specified separately in the packaging brief, and every grade has its own page in the grade index.

How we work
From enquiry to container, in six steps.
The sequence is the same for a 20ft of gunpowder to Casablanca and a pallet of Bai Mu Dan to Moscow: enquiry, written specification and quotation, sample and cupping, production against the approved sample, testing and documents as written into the contract, then shipment. What changes by destination is the residue standard, the label law and the route — never the sequence.

Enquiry
Send the destination, the grade code or the cup you are matching, the quantity and the Incoterm. That is enough for a specification; a brochure is not.

Specification and quotation
We reply with a written specification — grade, moisture, screen, residue standard by destination, packing — and a quotation against it. Lead time and minimum quantity are stated in the quotation for that line and destination.

Sample and cupping
A dry-leaf sample with its specification sheet. Once you approve it, that sample becomes the contract reference; where repeat-lot matching is contracted, later lots are cupped against it.

Production and refining
Origin lots are processed in Fujian; sourced gunpowder and Chunmee are refined, screened and fired to the contract moisture. Where blending to sample is contracted, lots are blended to the approved sample rather than shipped as they come.

Testing and documents
Where testing is included in the quotation, the certificate of analysis and the pesticide residue report against the destination standard are issued as written into the contract. Ask for acceptance before loading: a report that travels with the container cannot prevent a rejection.

Loading and shipment
FOB, CFR or CIF for sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai; rail via Khorgos–Altynkol for Central Asia under a rule for any mode of transport. The document set is fixed by destination and written into the contract.

What services does ODM Tea offer?
Eight: bulk supply, private label and packing, blending to an approved sample, disclosed sourcing and refining of gunpowder and Chunmee, testing against the destination, export and logistics, samples, and published market intelligence.
¿Es ODM Tea una fábrica o un agente comercial?
La etiqueta «fábrica» o «intermediario» no sirve de nada sin pruebas. Las partes que producen, refinan y envasan, y su relación con ODM Tea, se nombran en la cotización junto con la especificación. El gunpowder y el chunmee se abastecen en Zhejiang y Anhui porque no son tés de Fujian, y ese origen se indica en todas las páginas donde aparecen.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantity and lead time are stated per quotation and differ by line and destination. A refined gunpowder programme and a top-grade white tea are not sold on the same terms.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Send the destination, the grade code or the cup you are matching, and the expected quantity. Sample terms are stated when the request is confirmed, and the approved sample becomes the contract reference.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CFR or CIF for sea freight, loading at Ningbo or Shanghai as confirmed in the quotation. Central Asia is quoted by rail through Khorgos–Altynkol under a rule for any mode of transport, because FOB, CFR and CIF are sea and inland-waterway rules. Destination-side terms are quoted only where import responsibility at destination is documented.
Do you supply gunpowder and Chunmee?
Yes — sourced from Zhejiang and Anhui, refined, screened and fired to the written contract specification, and labelled as sourced rather than presented as Fujian-grown.
