El gunpowder no es un té de Fujian; procede del cinturón de Pingshui, en torno a Shaoxing (Zhejiang). El chunmee procede de Zhejiang y Anhui. Ambos se compran en origen y después se refinan, criban y tuestan conforme a la especificación contractual escrita por la parte refinadora nombrada en la cotización, con la misma disciplina de especificación que rige la gama de Fujian. Lo decimos abiertamente porque la sustitución de origen es la queja más común de este comercio y un comprador al otro lado del mundo no puede verificarla por sí solo.

Why disclose sourcing at all?
Sourcing is disclosed because presenting Zhejiang gunpowder as Fujian-grown is the misrepresentation buyers most often meet, and disclosure costs nothing that is real. Grade, moisture and residue are fixed by the written contract specification either way; only the origin claim differs, and it is made only where it is true.

Is your gunpowder grown in Fujian?
No. Gunpowder comes from the Pingshui belt around Shaoxing, Zhejiang. It is sourced there and refined to the written contract specification, with the refining party named in the quotation.
Which grades do you refine?
Gunpowder 3505 with sub-grades AAAAA to D, 9375, 9475 and 9575; Chunmee 41022, 9371, 9366, 9367, 9368 and 9369.
