Bai Ya Qi Lan Oolong Tea
Bai Ya Qi Lan is a grade of oolong tea from Pinghe (Zhangzhou), Anxi (Quanzhou) and Wuyishan (Nanping), Fujian. Orchid-scented cultivar of Pinghe County, a protected geographical indication. Rolled semi-ball; light to medium roast. Lead grade. Within oolong tea the grade is set by cultivar, origin and finishing, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing.
