Bai Mu Dan White Tea
Bai Mu Dan (traded in English as White Peony) is a grade of white tea from Fuding (Ningde) and Zhenghe (Nanping), Fujian. The volume grade for export. Within white tea the grade is set by plucking standard, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing. ODM Tea quotes Bai Mu Dan against a written specification, with the producer and its relationship to ODM Tea named in the quotation.
