Jin Jun Mei Black Tea
Jin Jun Mei (traded in English as Golden Eyebrow) is a grade of black tea from Tongmu (Wuyishan) and Fu'an, Fujian. Bud-only pluck; golden tip. Within black tea the grade is set by cultivar, origin and finishing, so the contract must name it exactly and add moisture, roast or smoke where relevant, the residue standard by destination and packing. ODM Tea quotes Jin Jun Mei against a written specification, with the producer and its relationship to ODM Tea named in the quotation.
